Eligibility
• The offer applies only to new itsFibre customers who sign up during the promotional period.
• Orders must be successfully approved and activated by itsFibre to qualify.
• Customers must reside in an area supported by the relevant network (OFNL or CityFibre).
OFNL – Free Wifi Range Extender Offer
• Customers signing up to an itsFibre OFNL package during the offer period will receive one (1) free WiFi Extender.
• The extender will be supplied after the customer’s service has been installed and activated.
• The offer is limited to one device per new customer.
• No cash or alternative product substitutions are available.
CityFibre – Two Months Free Offer
• Customers signing up to an itsFibre CityFibre package during the offer period will receive two (2) months free broadband service.
• The two free months will be applied to the customer’s account after activation, and will cover the standard monthly service charge only.
• Any optional add-ons, upgrades, or additional services remain chargeable.
General Conditions
• Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, referral credits, or introductory pricing unless explicitly stated.
• The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• itsFibre reserves the right to:
• verify customer eligibility,
• withdraw or amend the offer at any time,
• refuse applications that do not meet service availability or approval criteria.

Cancellations
• If a customer cancels their service within the minimum term, any promotional value received (including devices or free months) may be subject to recovery charges in accordance with itsFibre’s standard cancellation policy.
